Cedar Tree Counselling & Psychotherapy is a private counselling and supervision practice in Glasnevin, Dublin, which was established by Mary & John Breen in 2014
Together we have over 25 years experience of working with individuals, couples and adolescents presenting with a wide range of issues and problems.
We hold BA (Hons) Degrees in Counselling and Psychotherapy, are accredited members of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the European Association for Counselling (EAC) and adhere to their strict codes of ethics and practice.
Mary is accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) in Integrative Clinical Supervision.
When working with clients we use an integrative approach which is grounded in the Person Centred Approach, while also drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy.
We believe that each person is unique and therefore tailoring our approach, in collaboration with our clients, is vital for positive change to occur.
